'American Gastronomy' explores the juxtaposition of commercialized, unsustainable food systems versus smaller scale, local establishments and the cultural impact of these food systems. Each moment captured together creates a narrative on ways the community can build a sustainable relationship with food.

At the forefront of 'American Gastronomy' is the exploitation of diverse cultures within the United States, yet we as a nation do not sit down at the same table.
